In Camel Up, up to eight players bet on five racing camels, trying to suss out which will place first and second in a quick race around a pyramid. The earlier you place your bet, the more you can win — should you guess correctly, of course. Camels don't run neatly, however, sometimes landing on top of another one and being carried toward the finish line. Who's going to run when? That all depends on how the dice come out of the pyramid dice shaker, which releases one die at a time when players pause from their bets long enough to see who's actually moving!

Camel Up 2nd Edition

This game is the perfect edition to our collection! The premise is fairly simple, you play as gamblers who are betting on camel racing. You can bet on which camel will win each round and which camel you think will win/lose the race by the end of the game. The winner is the player with the most 'money' at the game-end. It starts off seemingly simple but soon descends in camel-chaos, it's always impossible to accurately predict what's going to happen (unless you are a statistics whizz, but even then...) which makes it really really funny. We have previously played the first edition, but this is much, much better. The edition of the crazy camels and the upgrades to the board really add new layers to the game. So much fun and lots of replay-ability as it really is different every time and very hard to predict! 100% recommend getting this game for your collection!
