Last order date for Shipping for Christmas is Thursday 19th December.

Our warehouse will then be closed for shipping from 21st December until 29th December. So all orders placed during that time will be held until the warehouse reopens.

Our store will be open during this time (Except 25th and 26th December) in case you have any issues with your order at all.

Delivery Information

Due to current uncertainties, we only offer delivery within the UK. Some delivery times are also taking longer than usual.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day as long as the order is received by 11am Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Shipping Orders are sent via a service of our preference based on the weight and value of the item(s) you have ordered and cannot be selected at your preference. If you select another shipping option when you have qualified for Free Shipping we will assume that this is your preference and we cannot guarantee a refund if it was a mistake. If we have to send the item(s) via courier we cannot provide Saturday delivery.

Shipping orders will aim to be dispatched the same day as long as the order is received by 11am Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). However in peak season, this can sometimes take longer.

For Local Delivery, we deliver by cargo bikes with the zero emission delivery company Zedify. This saves 203g CO2 per parcel and 7.05kg NOx per cargo bike each year, compared with using diesel vans. Changing the way our goods are delivered to your doorstep helps to tackle the climate crisis and creates cleaner air for everyone in Norwich.

If you have preordered new releases along with other items, we will hold the whole order until all items are ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive your items in two shipments, please order them separately.

If you need your order urgently, contact us and we can give you a specific delivery time for unavailable items. Having said that, we do carry a pretty big stock list for a shop so most of the time it won't be a problem!

Local Delivery 1-2 Working Days Sent via Zedify Cargo Bike Deadline for same day dispatch is 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
In Store Pick-Up From Athena Games Monday - Saturday 11am-2pm Collect from Athena Games store Orders can be picked up from our store (9 St Gregory's Alley, Norwich, NR2 1ER). Please allow 2 hours to pick up your order.

Delivery Pricing

We use a tiered delivery cost for our items depending on the amount you spend. Standard Shipping breaks down below:

£4 for orders up to £20.
£3 for orders up to £60.
FREE shipping for orders £60 or over.

Express Shipping break down below:

£5 for orders up to £20.
£4 for orders up to £60.
£2 for orders over £60

Returns

Right To Cancel

If you change your mind and wish to return any items, you have 14 days from the date that you received them to inform us of your decision. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 25% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.

If you wish to cancel a ticket for an event, you have to let us know at least 48 hours before the event is due to occur. After this time, the tickets are non-refundable however can be transferred to another player.

Damaged Or Faulty

In the event that any item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order or the item is faulty then please contact us on 01603 460910 or email us at contact@athenagames.com.

You will have 30 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving. It is your responsibility to inform Athena Games Limited of any defects to any products. If no communication is made within 30 days, Athena Games Limited will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer.

If Athena Games Limited hears from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, complete with your order number. The items must still be in the same condition in which it was received.
