This supplement expands the rules, tactics, and abilities available to Ironhead Squat Prospectors in games of Necromunda, introducing a wealth of new rules to add even more variety, scope and excitement to your battles in the underhive and ash wastes.

This 128-page hardback book contains:

Ironhead Squats: An extensive background on the history of the Ironhead Squats.

Ironhead Squat Prospectors List: The rules you need to field an Ironhead Squat prospectors gang in games of Necromunda.

Hangers-on: Includes rules for using Hangers-on – Claim Jumper, Slopper, Rogue Docs, Ammo-Jacks, Gang Lookout, and Dome Runner.

Brutes: Includes rules for using Brutes – Ironhead Squat Vartijan Exo-Driller, Luther Pattern Excavation Automata (Ambot), and 'Jotunn' H-Grade Servitor Ogryn.

Vehicles: Includes rules for adding the Ironhead Squat Svenotar Scout Trike and Skalvian Explorator vehicles to your roster.

Really, real Squats!

Game review first, the Ironheads make a solid and fun gang, just be aware they have low initiative and are, rather obviously, slow compared to other Necromunda Gangs. That said they make up for that if firepower and toughness, again, as of course they should.

The background in this source book is quite simply awesome, if relatively brief. In this one slim volume Warhammer have managed to fully reconcile the original Squat Army lists, the Demiurg from the introduction of the Tau and the Leagues of Votann. A brilliant piece of perfect and effective retconning.

They also give a hugh amount of ideas for Squats on Necromunda. So, Yes, you have miners & prospectors, but your got airborne squats, age of sigmar kits for Kharharadon Overlords I'm looking at you. Seaborne & submariner squats on the submerged oceans.

I have a lot of time for Necromunda as a whole, as a gave its a near prefect " beer & pretzels" game, in terms of lore Necromunda is a microcosm of the 40k Universe. But with far more ideas than the core wargame.
