Where do I collect my order from?
Your order can be collected from the following address: Athena Games, 9 St Gregory's Alley, Norwich, NR2 1ER. Just head to the counter and let the staff know you are there to pick up an order.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
We require a valid ID, such as a passport or driving licence matching the details on the order, as well as your Order Confirmation.
When can I collect my order?
Our current collection times are from 11am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm on Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. It can take up to 2 hours to pick your order so please wait for the email saying that the order is ready to Pickup before heading in.
