Warehouse Pickup Now Available!

With some easing of the lockdown, we felt that you may like to be able to get some items same day or without having to pay postage. To make this happen, we are please to announce that we will be offering zero-contact pickup from our warehouse!

Placing Your Order

To order, simply add items to your cart as usual and then select the Pickup tab when choosing delivery.

Orders will normally be ready in a couple of hours. Pickup hours next week will be Tuesday - Friday from 10am - 2pm. All orders must be placed and paid for online, however if you can't find what you are looking for then please drop us a message.

Collecting Your Order

We are taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously so when the order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email detailing instructions about how to collect and our full warehouse address (It is up near the airport if trying to plan).

We would love to catch up with you all when collecting your orders however we are operating on a skeleton staff at the moment so may not have the time at the moment.

Next Steps

Depending on how things progress and the latest Government advice, we then hope to be able to role out Click & Collect to the store the following week.

We hope this change will start to make things easier for people and allow people to get the items quicker. And hope to return to some form of normality in the near future. As always, we really appreciate all the support given to us in these difficult times.
