COVID Update: Expanding Click & Collect

COVID Update: Expanding Click & Collect

After the launch of Click & Collect from the Warehouse last week, we are happy to announce that it will be expanding to the Shop location in the coming week. Pickup will be available from the store between Tuesday to Saturday and in two time slots 11am - 2pm and 3pm - 5pm.

This will be all handled from the front of the store, instructions will be included on the email that tells you it is ready to pick up.

To enable all this to happen, the beginning part of the week will be spent bringing the shop stock online. This is a very long task getting everything online when you consider we have thousands of different lines so please be patient.

Which location can I collect items from?

The location where you can select for pickup will be based on where the items are. If all the items are at the shop and not at the warehouse then you will only be able to select the shop and vice versa.

Whilst we try to make sure we have a good range at each location, there may be times when you can't get your preferred location. If this is the case, then just give us a message and we will do our best to fix that for you.

Do you have this item?

Not all our range has made it online yet, we are doing our best to get them up as soon as possible. Also most of our suppliers are now back open again and deliveries are coming out slowly.

If you can't find what you are looking for then drop us a message and we will check if it is something we have or can get in for you.

When will Athena reopen?

This has been a popular question since the Government announcement that non-essential retail can reopen from 15th June. We look forward to welcoming you back in store and are currently working on making sure we are COVID-19 Secure in time for the 15th June.

An announcement will be made closer to the time with how this will work.

How about for playing games?

Unfortunately playing games in the store will have to wait at least for now. Whilst the current social distancing guidance is in place, it will be hard to play in store. We are looking at all the guidance that may be relevant such as those for pubs and restaurant along with discussing with other store owners to find the best and the safest way to bring this back in the future.
